Receive an Invoice: After scheduling your appointment, you will receive an invoice detailing the cost of your notarization service. Payment can be made securely through the payment methods provided.
Identity Verification: During your online session, we’ll verify your identity securely through the Proof platform to ensure compliance with legal standards.
Notarize Your Documents: Once everything is in order, we’ll complete the notarization remotely via a secure video call. We’ll walk you through the entire process, making sure everything is clear and seamless.
Receive Your Notarized Documents: After the notarization, your documents will be sent to you promptly, usually within minutes. You’ll receive a copy of the notarized document along with the digital notary certificate.
